I remember around 25 years ago a bunch of crips from L.A. got shot up around there.
I think it was right on 73rd & Mac.

Re: Right by Eastmont mall
Wed, March 25, 2009 - 1:00 PMI used to support Uhuru House (for the most part). Now, they can kiss my fucking ass. Disgusting low life bandwagoneers. Way to hi-jack a tragedy to showcase their misguided and ignorant ways. I hope they realize this will cause them to lose a great deal of support from the Oakland community. Everyone should go down to their shop on Grand and let them know how they feel. I'll show you a riot, bitches. Yeah, poor poor little child-raping vicitm that Mixon was. Please. I wish they could bring him back to life just to put him to death again. -

Re: Right by Eastmont mall
Wed, March 25, 2009 - 2:32 PMabout 25 years ago I was in Oakland city jail getting transfered to Santa Rita.
The sheriff was calling for protective custody inmates to get on the bus first.
(A.K.A Punk City) They got their own screened off area on the bus so the general Pop can't get at them.
In the holding cell (A.K.A the Bullpen) A guy who was in for molestation was called.
His ass got beat smacked kicked from the rear of the pen all the way to the bus.
The Sheriff just looked on.
I bet theres gonna be some old school cats amongst others out there tonite protesting the protest.
Like I said, East O is a completely different ballgame than the rest of Oakland.
Theres still a lot of old school trying to do the right thing. So there definitely gonna be opposition.
